About the event

The Proptech Forum 2026

This year's theme, From Adoption to Advantage, reflects exactly where our sector is right now — AI adoption is old news, and turning it into real, lasting advantage without losing client trust is what matters next.

From Adoption to Advantage

Blueprint for Trust in an AI World

Proptech Forum: Friday, 13 November 2026, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Location: The Collider, 477 Pitt Street, Haymarket, Sydney, NSW 2000

Our full-day flagship conference returns to The Collider, 477 Pitt Street, Sydney. This year's theme, From Adoption to Advantage, explores how proptechs can convert AI adoption into genuine competitive advantage — and our sub-theme, Blueprint for Trust in an AI World, digs into what it takes to do that without losing the trust of clients, partners and regulators.

Expect a full day of keynotes, panels and fireside chats from leaders across the proptech, property and technology sectors. Doors open 8:00am for arrival, coffee and networking; the program runs 8:30 am – 4:15 pm, followed by networking drinks from 4:30 pm. Speakers to be announced progressively — stay tuned.

The Proptech Forum is the premier event for proptech founders, developers, data scientists, academics, and marketers.

It's a day to connect with a community that understands the unique challenges and opportunities of starting and working in a proptech company.

For real estate and property professionals, this is your chance to gain insight into the forward-thinking ideas that are shaping the future of industry technology.
