Three ways to be part of it — Thursday 12 to Friday 13 November 2026, Sydney.
Two incredible days of Proptech! This year's theme, From Adoption to Advantage, reflects exactly where our sector is right now — AI adoption is old news, and turning it into real, lasting advantage without losing client trust is what matters next.

Day 2: Proptech Forum
Friday, 13 November 2026
8:00am – 4:30pm
Our full-day flagship conference returns to The Collider, 477 Pitt Street, Sydney. This year's theme, From Adoption to Advantage, explores how proptechs can convert AI adoption into genuine competitive advantage — and our sub-theme, Blueprint for Trust in an AI World, digs into what it takes to do that without losing the trust of clients, partners and regulators.
Expect a full day of keynotes, panels and fireside chats from leaders across the proptech, property and technology sectors. Doors open 8:00am for arrival, coffee and networking; the program runs 8:30am – 4:15pm, followed by networking drinks from 4:30pm. Speakers to be announced progressively — stay tuned.

“The Australian property market is doing it tough right now — and that's exactly why this moment matters. In a downturn, there's no room to be out of step. Your approach has to be absolutely synchronised with where technology is heading and what your clients actually need from you. AI isn't a side project anymore — it's how we show clients we understand their concerns and can lead them confidently into a brave new world. That's exactly what Proptech Forum 2026 is here to help our sector do.”
Kylie Davis, President of Proptech Australia
