Kylie Davis
Founder & President
Kylie Davis is a proptech entrepreneur, commentator and expert on innovation and human-centric real estate. She is the founder and president of The Proptech Association Australia, host of the Proptech Podcast and Entrepreneur in Residence at REACH Australia, part of the largest proptech accelerator in the world.
Kylie has an MBA from the University of NSW, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a founding member of the Rise Initiative, a charity that focuses on mental wellness across the property professions.
During her 25-year career across media, marketing and big data, Kylie has held senior editorial and marketing roles at Fairfax, News Corp and CoreLogic and now runs her own strategic marketing consultancy with clients across Australia, the US and Canada. She was a co-founder of content marketing automation proptech, HomePrezzo, which was acquired by ActivePipe in 2020 – her second successful exit.

John Minns
Vice President
Connecting people, proptech and performance is a passion for John.
As a leader in the residential property sector for over 25 years, John has been part of the evolution of real estate in Australia. He is a passionate advocate for delivering transformation and great client experiences through technology.
John is an ongoing investor and partner in real estate and technology. In 2021 he took on a contract as the NSW Property Services Commissioner with a focus in sector uplift through professional standards, innovation, and trusted and customer centric regulation.

Chris Mason
Secretary and Treasurer
Chris Mason is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years across diverse sectors, including telecommunications, technology, and sustainability. He has a proven track record of success in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance for high-growth businesses.
He was mos recently Chief Operating Officer at Bestrane Group overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including strategy, finance, customer delivery, and business development. Prior to this, he held key leadership roles at Infoactiv, where he successfully led business expansion across multiple markets.
Chris's experience extends beyond the private sector. He served as Chairman of the Australia Mobile Telecoms Association's MobileMuster program, where he spearheaded initiatives to improve the sustainability and recycling of mobile phones.

AJ Chand
Director
AJ Chand is a dynamic proptech entrepreneur who has founded multiple startups and mentors early-stage property technology start-ups.
With expertise in product design and go-to-market strategies, AJ is passionate about leveraging technology to improve the real estate industry.
His collaborations with organisations tackling homelessness and community challenges demonstrate his commitment to proptech for good.
Featured in prestigious media outlets like AFR, Channel 7, Channel 9, news.com.au and SKYNEWS, AJ is renowned for his innovative approach and community impact.
As a licensed real estate agent and a technologist, he offers invaluable advice to founders, ensuring their technology aligns with industry needs.

Chris Havill
Director
Chris is the Engineering Director of the Command Centre Platform at JLL, leading the roll-out of smart engineering services for buildings across the APAC region.
He is also responsible for supporting the development of client reporting for building performance and operational metrics while piloting new technologies and platforms regionally and globally, leveraging custom APIs and AI tools.
Chris also has both Property Services Manager experience, has worked as a research assistant at the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southhampton contributing to a range of projects involving AI and the Internet of Things.

Hedy Ivanovski
Director
Hedy is a Business Architect at Milk Chocolate Property, a proptech startup, and a seasoned strategy and operations professional, with extensive project management and product go-to-market experience.
Previously, Hedy led regional teams across tech, commercials, ad creative and business transformation over 13 years at Google.
With a Bachelor of Communication and certifications in marketing, behavioral economics and leadership, she excels at solving business challenges using human-centered and data-driven approaches.
As a licensed real estate agent and lifelong learner, she is passionate about ensuring tech solutions meet industry and customer needs, and connecting the dots between diverse fields of knowledge.

Sev Thomassian
Director
Sev is the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Domain, where he leads the strategy, corporate development, partnerships and business and operational performance functions, and Media sales.
Sev was previously a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he advised global corporations and investment institutions on a broad range of topics including, including strategy, M&A related activities, technology, operations, sales and transformations.
Prior to McKinsey, Sev was a corporate and M&A lawyer at Ashurst.
He holds a Master of Applied Finance (Graduated in 1st place) from Macquarie University, a Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law (Graduated in 1st place) from the University of Hong Kong which he attended as a Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Award recipient, and a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Josh Callaghan
Director
Josh Callaghan (better known as JC) is the co-founder and CEO of Little Hinges, Australia's largest creator of digital twins and comprehensive internal property data sets.
Passionate about building exceptional businesses grounded in strong, people‑first cultures, with deep expertise in strategy, data and product. JC loves to serve the industries he is involved in and has done that in real estate as the COO of the REIQ and in finance as the co-founder and director of Fintech QLD.
As a proud Queenslander, JC wants to promote the great Queensland-based Proptechs whilst continuing to strengthen the industry as a whole.

Matthew Larwood

Matt is the CEO of StrataVote, the leading and most interconnected software platform in the Australia/New Zealand strata industry. With a solid foundation in business management, he also brings a wealth of experience from the creative industries, blending innovative thinking with a keen commercial insight—a powerful combination that fuels his approach to leadership.
Matt is deeply committed to advancing technology within the strata sector, driven by the belief that "a rising tide lifts all boats." A passionate advocate for collaboration among tech players in the industry, he envisions a future where specialized, well-designed solutions—enhanced by AI and seamlessly integrated—will propel the industry into its next phase of growth and transformation.

Eilidh McKenzie
Director
Eilidh McKenzie is General Manager of Product at REA Group, leading teams that help agents and agencies drive productivity and profitability through tools like Ignite and Realtair. Over her five years at REA, she has brought together her background in marketing automation, retention and customer success to build experiences that help customers get more value from the tools they use every day.
Prior to joining REA, Eilidh held leadership roles at MYOB across retention and customer success, where she developed a deep passion for helping people maximise both the usage and the impact of their software investments. That passion continues to guide her work, with a strong focus on adoption, outcomes and long-term customer value.
In 2026, Eilidh is particularly excited about the potential of AI agents to meaningfully boost agent productivity and reshape how work gets done across the real estate industry. She is especially interested in how quickly trust can be built and what drives genuine, sustained adoption of these emerging technologies.
