The entries are officially closed, and our judges will soon be reviewing the incredible lineup of submissions for the 2026 Proptech of the Year Awards. We received an unprecedented last-minute surge of high-quality entries, and so we feel we cannot stop the momentum now. We have extended the early bird ticket prices for the 6th Gala Awards Dinner until 25 May.

At Proptech Australia, we champion the innovation that drives our industry forward, fostering a high-trust, market-ready ecosystem. As property management companies continue to build sophisticated platforms to help their clients operate more efficiently, a critical question emerges: are those same principles of innovation being applied internally?

We have identified 519 businesses in the proptech ecosystem and classified them across 14 categories. This represents a 39% growth from the 374 we identified back in 2023, showing the immense health of the proptech sector.
