Proptech Australia invites you to submit your proposal to speak at the Proptech Forum 2025, sponsored by Domain and the REIV.

The Proptech Forum 2025 takes place on Friday, November 14, 2025, in Melbourne, bringing together Australia's most innovative proptech founders, real estate leaders, investors, and technology experts and we’re calling for speakers to set the future vision for the industry.

This is the tribe that gets your vibe! A room full of proptech founders, entrepreneurs, the data obsessed, AI enthusiasts and tech tragics. We love the sector and are committed to solving the industry’s biggest pain points. What do you think the sector needs to know?

This is your chance to share your expertise, shape the future of the industry, and connect with a passionate community committed to driving change.

The Topics We Want to Hear About

We're looking for presentations and panels that address the most pressing issues and opportunities currently facing the proptech community, including but not limited to:

  • AI, Agentic AI and How It’s Impacting Proptech & Real Estate: Examples of AI in proptech and their impact, how proptech needs to frame conversations around AI and why, examples of new initiatives that accelerate AI use and obligations around setting ethics and standards.

  • Big Data Management: Data is one of the most misunderstood concepts in property while also one of the most important. How can the proptech sector better manage conversations about big data with clients. What are we doing right and wrong? How can we make big data more transparent for clients.

  • Affordability and Housing Supply: Examples of innovative ways proptech solutions help address Australia's housing crisis. Innovative solutions in development, financing, rentals, construction, management and ways to address the challenges to adoption.

  • Cybersecurity and AML: What is the role of proptech in rolling out AML compliance? How does AML tie into the broader challenges and best practices for protecting data and assets in the property sector?

  • Sustainability and ESG: How is proptech contributing to more sustainable building practices, energy efficiency, and overall environmental, social, and governance goals?

  • Proptech Founder Experiences: Lessons and insights for proptech founders whether at startup, scaleup or corporatisation level. What are the challenges to personal growth and managing both life and business without burnout.

  • The Future of the Property Professional: How are real estate and property professionals adapting to technological change? What new tools and strategies are essential for success? How can proptechs integrate this knowledge into their business to support better adoption?
