Go beneath Barangaroo: first Proptech Forum 2026 satellite event announced

Proptech Forum 2026 now has its first satellite event, and it takes members somewhere most of Sydney never sees.
On Thursday 12 November from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, JLL will take a small group underground at Barangaroo to explore the 77,000m² of basement that keeps the precinct running.
International Towers Sydney runs on far more than you can see from street level. Below the towers sit the technology and sustainability systems behind one of Australia's most sustainable developments.
This tour shows the scale of tech that it takes to run a precinct sustainably, and what is involved in operating it day-to-day.
Your guide is Mark Hedges, Head of Shared Services at JLL, who will walk the group through the systems and answer questions along the way.
Who should attend?
This tour is for anyone who wants to see how sustainability technology actually runs at precinct scale, not just on paper.
