At this year's Proptech Awards, finalists in the Data Solutions category demonstrated they were doing more than just highlighting the issues. Fifteen companies - spanning start-ups, scale-ups, and established suppliers - are actively constructing the data needed to see the whole picture piece by piece.

Global network Cloudflare has offered all Start-Up and Scale-Up finalists of the 2026 Proptech of the Year awards up to $300,000 in credits to provide access to its developer platform and global network. The credits are available at $10k, $100k and $300k tiers as part of the company’s Start-Up program. Sydney, 14 July, 2026 – The 2026 Proptech Awards has raised $6,500 for the real estate charity, The Rise Initiative, through a charity auction held during the gala awards night on at The Ivy, Sydney, earlier this month. Every year when I sit down to review the Proptech Award entries, I get a snapshot of where our industry is really at. Not where the hype cycle says we are.
