Sydney (3 July 2026): Proptech Australia announced the winners of the 2026 Proptech of the Year awards at a gala dinner at The Ivy Ballroom in Sydney on Thursday night, with nearly 300 industry leaders, entrepreneurs, sponsors and supporters in attendance.

Now in their sixth year, the awards attracted entries from across Proptech Australia’s membership base, with 34 awards and two Highly Commended certificates presented across 13 functional categories. The finalists were selected by a panel of senior industry judges.

The biggest winner was Asseti, an AI-powered asset condition monitoring platform that uses drone-captured imagery and digital replicas to automate asset management. Asseti won four awards: AI Empowered Solutions (Open), Asset & Facilities Management (Scale-Up), Commercial Proptech of the Year, and Scale-Up Proptech of the Year.

Dynamic Methods collected three awards. The company was named Established Proptech of the Year, and two of its products — Inspect Live and Forms Live — each won their respective Established Supplier divisions in Property Management & Maintenance and Workflow & Transactions. Dynamic Methods’ platforms are used by more than 8,500 real estate agencies and 50,000 professionals across Australia.

In the three Proptech of the Year awards, Asseti took Scale-Up Proptech of the Year, settlement management platform Settld won Start-Up Proptech of the Year, and Dynamic Methods won Established Proptech of the Year. Settld, which centralises resources and reduces financial risk through the settlement process, also won the Off the Plan (Open) category.

Hedy Ivanovski of Milk Chocolate Property was named Proptech Leader of the Year from a field of six finalists. Estate agency platform Reapit won Proptech Team of the Year.

Other multi-award winners included property compliance provider Before You Buy, which won two Established Supplier divisions (Data Solutions and Sales & Marketing); non-bank lender Real Flow, which won Affordability & Social Solutions (Open) and Valuations & Financial Solutions (Established); and construction platform Build HQ, which won the Construction (Open) category and was named Proptech to Watch. Vinny, an AI-powered property management platform, won Residential Proptech of the Year.

AI-enabled solutions were a consistent theme. Asseti, Vinny, Propsight (Start-Up winner in Valuations & Financial Solutions) and WayScape (Scale-Up winner in Sales & Marketing) all use artificial intelligence as a core component. As Kylie Davis noted when announcing the finalists, “It’s clear Australian proptechs are thinking innovatively about AI and how it drives accuracy, efficiency and user guidance into their products.”

The Data Solutions, Workflow & Transactions and Buyer, Renter & Owner Solutions categories saw particularly strong competition this year, reflecting growing demand for technology that handles complex data, streamlines administrative processes, and improves end-user experiences. Construction, planning and sustainability were also well represented, with Build HQ, Archistar and Hubble each winning Open categories.

The Property Management & Maintenance (Scale-Up) category required additional judging to resolve a three-way tie. Ailo took the win, with Tapi and Snug Leasing AI each receiving Highly Commended.

Kylie Davis, Founder and President of Proptech Australia, congratulated all winners and finalists.

“The standard of entries gets better with each annual awards,” Kylie said. “Our judges had a difficult time selecting winners this year, which shows how competitive and well-executed these solutions have become. Australian proptechs are building highly competitive products for both domestic and international markets.”
