Proptech Australia Announces Finalists for the 2026 Proptech of the Year Awards
Proptech Australia has officially announced the finalists for the 2026 Proptech of the Year awards.
Now in their sixth year, the awards have attracted a huge number of entries from Proptech Australia’s membership base.
A total 35 awards are available this year, including Proptech of the Year for start-ups, scale-ups and established suppliers, plus Proptech Leader of the Year and Proptech Team of the Year.


Realtair announced as Gold Sponsor for the 2026 Proptech Awards
Proptech Australia, the nation's peak industry body for property technology, has announced a major partnership with industry leader Realtair – part of REA Group – as the Gold Sponsor for the highly anticipated 2026 Proptech of the Year awards.
The 6th annual Proptech Awards Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday, 2 July, at The Ivy Ballroom in Sydney.

Multi-stage release of 2026 Proptech Map
We have identified 519 businesses in the proptech ecosystem and classified them across 14 categories. This represents a 39% growth from the 374 we identified back in 2023, showing the immense health of the proptech sector.

Candid Panel Makes IWD Lunch a Huge Success
