Proptech Australia Announces Finalists for the 2025 Proptech Awards

Proptech Australia is thrilled to announce the finalists for the prestigious 2025 Proptech Awards, marking the fifth year these national awards will recognise proptech excellence. This pivotal event is a key part of Proptech Australia’s commitment to supporting, celebrating, connecting, and advocating for the industry.

The Proptech Awards have rapidly become a significant milestone, recognised as a game-changer for both finalists and winners, shining a light on the quality and impact of current Proptech solutions. 

"We are incredibly excited to unveil the finalists for the 2025 Proptech Awards," said Kylie Davis, President of Proptech Australia. "There was a record number of entries in this year’s awards and the list showcases the remarkable innovation and talent within the Australian proptech ecosystem. 

“These companies and individuals represent the forefront of technological advancement in property, and we look forward to celebrating their achievements at the Gala Dinner."

Growth categories this year included Environment & Energy Efficiency, Buying & Ownership, Planning & Design and Data Solutions while Property Management & Maintenance was the biggest category. 

Ms Davis said the standard of entries had been excellent this year and there have been multiple awards where judging has gone down to the wire. Finalists have been identified within a 15 point spread of the winner. Not every entry made it to the finals.

Highly popular awards this year included Proptech to Watch, Residential Proptech of the Year and the new Proptech Team of the Year. 

The 2025 Proptech Awards will culminate in a Gala Awards Dinner held at the Fullerton Hotel, Sydney, on Thursday, July 3, 2025. 

This special evening will see 36 awards presented to the most innovative, successful, and transformational proptechs and their leaders across more than 85 companies and 150 different products. 

The awards structure includes Divisional Awards across Start-Up, Scale-Up, and Established Supplier categories, Open Awards for specialty areas regardless of company age, and Major Awards such as Proptech to Watch, Best of the Best in each division, Commercial and Residential Proptech of the Year, Proptech Leader of the Year, and Proptech Team of the Year.
