More about the 2026 Proptech of the Year awards
We are offering 35 awards this year, including Proptech of the Year for Start-Ups, Scale-Ups, and Established Suppliers. Based on your feedback, we have refined several categories to better reflect the market:
Workflow & Transactions (formerly Administration & Efficiency).
Buyer, Renter & Owner Solutions (formerly Buying & Ownership).
The awards for Proptech to Watch, Residential Proptech of the Year and Commercial Proptech of the Year will be committee-nominated. This avoids a situation in which a proptech enters one of these awards but not their specific Divisional or Open category.
A total of 21 awards are available in our Divisional categories for Start-Ups, Scale-Ups and Established Suppliers (7 each). And our eight Open categories include Proptech Team of the Year and Proptech Leader of the Year.
Start-Ups: 3 years and under.
Scale-Ups: 3 – 10 years.
Established Suppliers: 10 years+.
Proptech of the Year winners will be selected from Divisional and Open category victors and reviewed by a separate judging panel.
