Dynamic Methods launches revolutionary Agentic AI enabler for real estate

Updated: 16 hours ago

Australian proptechs are being encouraged to build new tools for AI that solve common real estate problems using the next generation of protocols and one of the country’s most established platforms.

Leading property technology company Dynamic Methods has announced the successful creation of an MCP - Model Context Protocol - Server for its Forms Live platform and has invited the broader proptech industry to benefit from their experiences.

The Forms Live MCP is the first time Anthropic’s MCP - an open protocol designed to help Claude AI models integrate with third-party applications - has been applied to the real estate sector in Australia. While the protocol currently works with the Claude AI, the exponential growth of AI-based tools means it is expected to expand quickly across to other AI systems.

The update means agents and property managers can start using agentic AI for some tasks to help them fill in forms within the Forms Live platform.

Dynamic Methods CEO David Howell opened an invitation for proptechs to iterate solutions using MCP across the Forms Live API to broaden the kinds of tasks that can be assigned to Agentic AI and improve the accuracy of documentation in real estate.

“The Model Context Protocol created by Anthropic represents a significant advancement for AI integration in the real estate industry,” David said.

"By pioneering the integration of MCP into Forms Live, we are fundamentally transforming how property professionals will work with documentation."

The integration allows Forms Live users to leverage Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, to better streamline the preparation of legally compliant forms for property sales and tenancy agreements.

"By connecting Forms Live with Claude through our MCP Server, real estate agents and property managers can now skip the repetitive admin time," said Mr Howell.

"Our development team has completed this integration, and we'd like to share our experience and server capabilities with other developers in the real estate technology sector through our upcoming pilot program."

About the MCP Server Integration

Through its MCP Server implementation with Forms Live, Dynamic Methods has created several significant benefits for real estate professionals:

1. Enhanced context awareness: Claude understands the structure and requirements of real estate documents, such as residential leases or sales agreements, including field types and compliance rules.

2. Improved form interaction: Rather than simply generating text, Claude now works directly with the Forms Live interface to assist with form completion while adhering to proper formatting requirements.

3. Guided assistance: Whether drafting a contract or reviewing terms, Claude provides guidance through complicated sections while respecting legal and compliance boundaries.

Pilot Program Now Open

Dynamic Methods is launching early access to its MCP Server through a pilot program beginning in May 2025.

David said the pilot program would be tailored to technology companies and developers who want to create AI-enhanced solutions for property management and sales using Anthropic's Claude models.

The Pilot Program will offer:

  • Early Access: Gain access to Dynamic Methods’ operational MCP Server before its public release.

  • Collaborative Support: Work alongside Dynamic Methods' development team as you build applications that connect to their MCP server.

  • Community Input: Help shape best practices for AI integration in real estate applications.

"We invite developers building solutions for the real estate industry to leverage our MCP Server implementation within their own applications," he said.

The Forms Live MCP Server pilot program opens on Wednesday May 14.
