At Proptech Australia, we believe technology is the bridge to a more efficient real estate future, but it’s the people behind the code who truly drive transformation.
This International Women's Day, we invite you to join us for our inaugural Women in Proptech IWD Lunch to celebrate the women who are planning, building and managing the future of Australian Proptech.
Why attend?
The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is Give to Gain. It’s a celebration of the power of reciprocity and the collaborative spirit that defines our community. Whether you’re a founder, investor or team player, this event is designed to foster the connections that help our ecosystem thrive and expand your personal network.
Meet our featured speakers
We are thrilled to host a four-strong panel of leaders who are actively reshaping the industry through evidence-based innovation:
Kylie Davis (Proptech Australia & Proptech Guru): A proptech entrepreneur and expert on human-centric real estate. As our Founder and President, Kylie brings 25 years of experience across media and big data, having successfully exited two proptech ventures.
Carolyn Trickett (JLL Spark): As the Asia Pacific Growth Principal for JLL Spark, Carolyn manages strategic relationships for a venture capital fund that transforms the industry through tech-based innovation. She has a proven record of delivering technology solutions that automate and streamline day-to-day real estate functions.
Hedy Ivanovski (Milk Chocolate Property): A Business Architect and former Google leader, Hedy excels at solving complex business challenges using human-centred and data-driven approaches. She is a licensed real estate agent who’s passionate about ensuring tech solutions meet the actual needs of clients.
Roylene Reilly (TRACit): The NSW State Manager for a national franchise group and the winner of Proptech Australia’s 2025 "Pitch in the Pub". Roylene has co-founded start-up TRACit, a dashboard system that automates compliance and licensing renewals, helping agents avoid significant, compliance-related fines through smart technology.
