The property landscape is set for a digital transformation with iGUIDE, the advanced 3D property visualisation technology, officially launching in Australia.

This expansion follows REA Group’s 61.5% acquisition of Planitar Inc. in October last year, marking a significant milestone for the local proptech ecosystem.

iGUIDE allows users to virtually walk through properties with precise accuracy. The platform integrates immersive 3D virtual tours, accurate floor plans and rich property data into a single interface.

Buyers more easily understand a property's layout and flow before attending physical inspections.

Jonathan Swift, Chief Product Officer at REA Group, said these virtual tours were now fully integrated into realestate.com.au, featuring intelligent room shortcuts that allow buyers to jump directly to the spaces they care about most.

Director of Sales, Sam Nokes, said: "iGUIDE delivers a premium listing presence that helps serious buyers build confidence and accelerate decision-making."

For industry professionals, the system offers a streamlined workflow. Photographers can capture all necessary data,  including 3D tours and detailed site plans, from a single site visit. This efficiency allows agents to offer comprehensive listing packages that differentiate their properties.

The launch includes dedicated on-the-ground sales and operations to support real estate photographers and developers. With its ability to produce dependable square footage and precise measurements, iGUIDE is quickly becoming a standard for high-impact property marketing.
