Dynamic Methods, Australia’s leading provider of real estate forms and contract technology, has announced that its premier platform, Forms Live, will officially launch as an independent service in Queensland on 30 June 2026.
The strategic move allows Queensland real estate agents and property managers to continue to use the digital platform they are familiar with, together with a new set of forms created by legal powerhouse Dentons Lawyers.
For the past decade, Dynamic Methods has been the quiet engine behind the workflows and efficiency systems within Queensland's real estate sector, licensing its technology to the REIQ. From June 30, Dynamic Methods will make Forms Live directly available to individual agencies.
David Howell, Founder of Forms Live and CEO of Dynamic Methods, emphasised that the transition is entirely about continuity, freedom of choice, technology access and cost relief for businesses.
“Queensland agents have spent over a decade building their businesses around our technology, trusting our system to process millions of critical property transactions,” said Mr Howell.
“By launching independently in Queensland, we can ensure agents and property managers do not have to lose access to the workflow system they are familiar with, while also being able to release exciting new updates and the latest in legally compliant forms from one of Australia’s most respected law firms."
Dynamic Methods has also been providing forms platforms for real estate for nearly 20 years and has licensed its platform to REINSW, REIWA, REINT and REIACT. Dynamic Methods also independently provides Forms Live in South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania.
Cutting-Edge Upgrades for Queensland Agencies
While the core functionality and user experience remain seamless, the independent launch supports a suite of advanced, modern features designed to dramatically level up agency efficiency:
Full ISO Certification
Forms Live boasts top-level data security with full ISO 27001 certification. All data is securely stored within Australia, providing agencies and their clients with enterprise-grade protection that mirrors online banking encryption standards.
Industry-Leading Integrations
The platform connects with a host of AML and CRM partners, eliminating double-data entry and delivering automated and seamless end-to-end workflows.
Brand New Mobile App
Accompanying the launch is a highly anticipated mobile app. Agents can now track the real-time status of their forms, view contracts, and monitor signing progress directly from their smartphones while out in the field.
Contracts by leading Queensland law firm
The forms and contracts in the new Forms Live have been written by the experienced and highly recognised real estate team in Brisbane from Dentons, part of the world's largest global law firm. As specialists in both real estate and banking law, the forms are compliant with all the latest updates to property law.
Dentons Real Estate Partner, Cara Richardson said: “Working with Dynamic Methods on this initiative has been incredibly rewarding. Dentons has long been a market leader in real estate and banking law, and we were delighted to bring our experience to create Forms Live and help bring a seamless, technology-forward platform to real estate agents in Queensland.”
“Technology shouldn't shackle an agent to their desktop,” Mr Howell added. “Our focus has always been on creating elegant, compliant workflow efficiencies. With the new mobile app, a choice of AML integrations, and electronic signing options built in, we aren't just saving Queensland agencies money – we're giving them genuine choice.”
