REACH Australia & New Zealand Announces 2025 PropTech Cohort

The National Association of Realtors® (NAR), through its investment arm Second Century Ventures, has announced the six tech companies chosen for the 2025 REACH Australia & New Zealand program. The program aims to facilitate the growth and expansion of the selected companies through mentorship and market exposure.

Recognised as the 2024 Accelerator of the Year by PropTech Outlook, the REACH program, established in 2013 and now operating across seven global markets, continues to champion technological advancement. 


"REACH is about identifying, supporting, and scaling the best real estate technology solutions," stated Dave Garland, Managing Partner at Second Century Ventures. "The 2025 cohort is an outstanding reflection of the talent and innovation emerging from the Australia and New Zealand region."


The 2025 cohort includes companies offering a range of services:

  • Handl Billing: A platform for digital agencies to automate billing processes.

  • Aivot: Offering e-procurement solutions for the construction and general industries.

  • Property Credit: Providing "Pay Later" financing options for real estate transactions.

  • ScaleApp: A platform offering personalised strategies to assist individuals in achieving property ownership.

  • Unió: Developing solutions to transform living spaces.

  • FoundAt: Creating a data management platform for infrastructure asset owners, utilising augmented reality.


The 2025 program has commenced at REACH Genesis on March 14th on the Gold Coast, providing the cohort with opportunities to engage with industry professionals.
