From Adoption to Advantage
Blueprint for Trust in an AI World
This year's entries for the Proptech of the Year awards told us something important: AI isn't a pilot project for our members anymore. It's built into the products and services that proptechs deliver every day.
Our community has moved past the question of whether to adopt AI, and is now working out how to turn that adoption into a genuine competitive edge, both safely and credibly.
From Adoption to Advantage meets our members where they are today, focusing on performance, differentiation, value and trust.
The sub-theme, Blueprint for Trust in an AI World, gives the program a practical spine, with sessions built around the blueprints that matter: data ownership, safety, ethics and integration standards. Our speakers will show how to convert AI adoption into durable advantage without losing the trust of clients, partners and regulators.
A theme with a track record
Every Proptech Forum theme tells the story of where our sector is at. It's worth looking back:
2022 (inaugural): Disrupting the Disruptors — Proptech challenges the incumbents
2023: Think Bigger Together — The sector matures, collaboration takes centre stage
2025: Navigating an AI-Enabled Future — AI arrives, exploration and orientation.
2026: From Adoption to Advantage — AI is embedded, and the conversation shifts to outcomes and trust
Two days, three ways to be involved
Day 1 — Thursday 12 November
Satellite Events kick off the Forum in the afternoon (2:00 pm–4:30 pm). There’ll be three deep-dive topics, hosted by member organisations at three venues. Numbers will be limited by each venue's capacity, so keep an eye out for booking details.
Then, from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm, it's Pitch in the Pub! Start-ups go head-to-head in a fun, informal pitch competition. It's free to attend, with food and drink available in the early evening. A great way to see the sector's next generation in action.
Day 2 — Friday 13 November
Our full-day flagship conference, Proptech Forum, at The Collider, 477 Pitt Street, Sydney. Speaker announcements coming soon.
