Taskforce Australia appointed as maintenance partner for Salvation Army Housing

Proptech of the Year award-winner Taskforce Australia has been appointed trade services provider for Salvation Army Housing, further strengthening its position as a partner in the social and affordable housing sector.
Salvation Army Housing is the community housing arm of The Salvation Army, and provides homes for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, are on low incomes and those with specific support needs.
Across their portfolio of more than 2,000 properties, Salvation Army Housing runs a range of tenancy programs, which include long-term housing, transitional housing, crisis accommodation and rooming house properties.
The organisation also develops and builds its own social and affordable housing.
Under the new agreement, Taskforce will provide services including safety checks, maintenance, rectifications and refurbishment, supporting Salvation Army Housing in providing safe, comfortable and dignified living environments for residents.
