As the director of Weldonco Advisory, she pioneered the Banksia award-winning Liveability Features Framework and Liveability Appraisal proptech, which was later acquired by CSIRO. Her unique approach helps tech founders and property professionals translate complex energy data into clear, human-centric property value.
