Wow, can you believe another year has flown by? It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating the incredible achievements of the proptech industry at the 2024 awards. 


And what a year it's been! We've seen some truly game-changing innovations, haven't we? The energy, the creativity, the sheer brilliance of the proptech community continues to amaze me. 


Now, it's time to do it all again, bigger and better than ever!


I'm absolutely thrilled to announce that entries for the Proptech Awards 2025 are officially OPEN! 


Get ready to shine, people … because this year we're taking recognition of our industry's triumphs to a whole new level.


We've got a whopping 36 awards up for grabs, including some exciting new categories that I know you're going to love. 


Drumroll, please… introducing:

  • Team of the Year: Because behind every successful proptech, there's an incredible team making the magic happen.

  • Residential Proptech of the Year: Celebrating the best and brightest in residential proptech solutions. New judging criteria!
