Proptech Australia is inviting startups and pre-startups to test their pitching skills at a “Pitch in the Pub” event on the sidelines of the upcoming Proptech Forum.
The pitch fest will be held at the Cherry Tree Hotel in Cremorne on November 13.
The friendly competition will follow a half-day of satellite events on the eve of the Proptech Forum, to be held at the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) on Friday, November 14.
Proptech Australia president Kylie Davis said: “Pitching your proptech is one of the key skills you need to master, so show us your chops!”
Each proptech will have five minutes to share their elevator pitch and convince our judges – and the room – that they deserve the title of “Proptech Pitch of the Year”.
Participants will have the option to use a powerpoint, or “TEDX it” with just the power of your narrative. And get ready for some searching questions from our panel of illustrious judges led by Hedy Ivanovski, of Milk Chocolate.
The event will be a great networking opportunity on the evening before the Proptech Forum. The association will provide beer and finger food in return for some audience participation!
To be eligible, you must be a pre-startup or early stage startup (less than three years old) and a member of Proptech Australia.
The winner will be awarded the glory of Proptech Pitch of the Year, plus some great prizes.
